Thursday, September 7 — Opening screenings at 7:00m, Opening Night Party begins at TBD
Friday, September 8 — Seminars and workshops at 10:00am, screenings beginning at 7:00pm, party begins at TBD
Saturday, September 9 — Screenings beginning at 12:00pm, City View Party begins at TBD
Sunday, September 10 — Awards Brunch at 11:00am
For the remainder of the week, we repeat the showcases, plus show the Award Winners at special screenings.
The schedule of films is very full — every filmmaker will probably miss one party because their film will be screening. There are still plenty of other parties — do not worry!
SENDING YOUR DCP
All filmmakers must complete the “DCP Print Submission Form”.
If you don’t have a DCP then fill out the form to get your estimated cost to have “Simple DCP” create a new DCP for your film. Send the requested pro-res source file on a hard drive to them at the address below. For technical guidelines on what source files to send to them, refer to their website.
Once they create your DCP, they will keep it on file in case you would ever like to purchase additional copies on hard drives and have them sent to you in the future.)
If you already have a DCP then you still need to send it to “Simple DCP” for a free Quality Control check. You may either submit a link where your DCP can be downloaded or ship it on a USB flash drive or portable hard drive to:

Part of our professional screening is a video introduction to each film. We prepare a short introduction animation that includes the title of the film, the name of the director, the country of origin, and the premiere status.
Sample bumpers can be watched below. Please keep your video simple — we will edit and insert into the bumper format for this year.
